Thirty days. No questions.

The simple version

Within thirty days of your cohort’s start date, if it’s not for you, email mark@markd.net and we’ll refund every penny. You don’t need to justify it.

How long it takes

We process refunds within five working days of the request. Depending on your card or bank, the money usually shows up in your account within another three to five working days.

Payment plans

If you’re on a payment plan, we cancel future payments and refund what you’ve already paid.

After thirty days

Past the thirty-day window, refunds aren’t guaranteed. If something has genuinely gone wrong, talk to us. We’d rather find a way forward (a transfer to a future cohort, for example) than have anyone feel stuck.

How to request

Email mark@markd.net with your name and the email you signed up with. That’s the whole process.
