The course
The course described on this site is offered by MarkD Limited, trading as BUILD+SHIP. It’s a paid, cohort-based, online course. By enrolling you agree to make payment as set out at the time of purchase, and to abide by reasonable conduct in cohort spaces.
Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen and able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction. You’re responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us.
Content & ownership
Course materials, recordings, and writing on this site are owned by MarkD Limited. They’re for your personal use. Please don’t republish or resell them. Code you write in the cohort is yours.
Refunds
See the refund policy. The short version: thirty days, no questions, from the cohort start date.
No guarantees
The course will teach you a method and walk you through shipping real products. What happens after that, whether jobs, clients, or income, depends on you. We make no income guarantees.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, MarkD Limited’s liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid for the course. Some jurisdictions don’t allow that limit, in which case the legal minimum applies.

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page.
